D*na Festival Dénia invites restaurateurs, producers and local artisans to participate in its great gastronomy festival

The sixth edition of the D*na Dénia Gastronomic Festival, which will be held on September 30 and October 1 in the capital of Marina Alta, wants to have one more year with the protagonism of producers and restaurateurs from the region who , through their exhibition and sales stands, will offer visitors the most representative gastronomic products of the Valencian Community.

The registration period to participate in the festival will remain open until July 28. During this period, all those hospitality establishments in the city of Dénia, as well as producers dedicated to the sale of food products, wines and liquors from the Marina Alta and artisans whose products are natural, ecological and related to agriculture, livestock or fishing can formalize their registration through the festival website https://www.dnafestivaldenia.com

Organized by the Dénia Creative City of Gastronomy Foundation of the Valencian Community - made up of the Dénia City Council, the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of the Marina Alta (AEHTMA), the Business Circle of the Marina Alta (CEDMA ) and the shipping company Baleària – and curated by the three Michelin star, Quique Dacosta, the Marineta Cassiana promenade will once again become a luxury setting by the sea for promising young people and established chefs, producers, restaurateurs and all lovers of gastronomy can experience and enjoy this great event in first person.

With the sea as the conceptual axis of this edition, D*na Festival Dénia reaffirms itself as the event par excellence of Mediterranean gastronomy. An exclusive meeting that brings together the best professionals in the gastronomy and restaurant sector of the Valencian Community, with the aim of highlighting the gastronomic culture and the excellence of the gastronomic products and projects of this region, promoting public interaction with culinary art.

Thanks to initiatives such as D*na, the capital of the Marina Alta revalidates its position as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, becoming one of the favorite enclaves of national gastronomy and bringing avant-garde and haute cuisine closer to the majority public in an unprecedented way.
