What is D*NA?
Much more than a food festival.
Much more than the best chefs, restaurateurs and producers.
Much more than you imagine.
The D*na gastronomic festival Dénia is the must-see event for lovers of gastronomy, of creativity, of local produce and for everyone that understands that we are what we eat. And how we eat it.
After the sea and the countryside, this year’s event revolves around art and its relationship with gastronomy. Can cooking be considered the eighth art? What other artists accompany the chef on his/her journey through the blank painting/dish? How is cooking related to other arts such as dance, painting, cinema or sculpture? We will consider this together as we debate and listen to artists from different fields reflect with the best views.
A large 700-metre-long table next to the Mediterranean will accompany you on a journey where local producers, restaurateurs and chefs invite you to sample our dishes, our landscape and our way of life.
A tour in which great names of our gastronomy have already participated, such as Quique Dacosta, Jordi Cruz, Albert Adriá, Joan Roca, Bego Rodrigo, Ángel León or Susi Díaz.
An event with a lot of art that has already inspired more than 150,000 people.
And where you have a table (with sea views, of course) reserved for you. We are waiting for you.
D*NA 2025: art, creativity and gastronomy
This year, the festival delves into the role of art as a driver of connection and creation. It is not only about contemplating works, but also about feeling how art can bring people closer and ignite new ideas with the cooking stove as a common thread. And it does so coinciding with a very special moment: the tenth anniversary of Dénia as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. A decade in which Dénia has shown that creativity and flavour can go hand in hand, and where the festival reaffirms itself as a great celebration for the senses.
