He combines his role as a guide on visits to the El Bartolí Botanical Orchard, where citrus tastings are organized, as well as other tasks such as attending consultations and advising renowned chefs, helping them to select the best citrus fruits for their culinary creations, depending on the desired effect and the time of year.

His professional career has taken him to many places where he has developed events and pop-ups in prestigious museums in cities such as Italy, Switzerland and Copenhagen, where he has shared his knowledge about citrus fruits and their application in haute cuisine. His dedication and ability to connect agricultural tradition with culinary innovation have made him a key figure in his field, being recognized for his ability to share his enthusiasm and inspire through his work.
