Salvador Gayá
Salvador Gayá Sastre is a gastronome, writer and gastronomic populariser. For some time now he has been dedicated to the recovery of dishes from our traditional local cuisine. He is the creator of the group www.cuinavalenciana.es on Facebook and the blog www.alfumdelaximenera.es. This blog aims to recover old recipes from the memories of grandparents, typical village cuisine, collecting the varieties typical of each region of the Valencian Community.
A contributor to magazines and various media, he publishes recipes that he prepares, comments on and writes about. He has published two books, ‘Cocina con historia. Recuerdos de mi infancia’ and “101 recetas de cocina Alicantina”.
