Nazario Cano

Nazario Cano is a vocational chef. He won his first Michelin star at the restaurant El Rodat (Jávea) and achieved great popularity when he won the same award at Odiseo (Murcia), where he also won two Repsol Suns. He is currently the gastronomic director of all the spaces of the Ritual de Terra group, with a very fresh Mediterranean proposal and local produce at RESTAURANTE MADRE (Jávea and Moraira) and its more creative version with the fusion of Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine at MAGURO GISHIKI SUSHI LOUNGE (Moraira).

The chef is finalizing the opening of his first signature restaurant NAZARIO CANO FINE DINING, in the chain's new hotel in Moraira, where he aims to create a culinary experience for customers following his essence and personal style.
