Massimo has more than 14 years of experience in the sector. He started his career in Italy but has worked in restaurants all over the world in England, Australia and Spain such as El Portalón Restaurant or Hotel Aguas de Ibiza in Lifestyle & Spa, both in Ibiza. His experience has made him one of the ten best young chefs in Spain and Portugal, according to the San Pellegrino Young Chef competition.
