Marco Miquel

Marco Miquel is in charge of the Miquel Gelater ice cream parlour in Denia. He was a student in the third year of the University Expert Course in Artisan Ice Cream Production. He is president of the Spanish National Association of Ice Cream Makers (Anhcea). As president of Anhcea, his main concern is to give greater visibility to the ice cream maker in the final consumer and to open the association to associates and ice cream makers from all over Spain.
