Juanma Poyato is the manager of Zuheroliva. This cooperative located in Baena, Córdoba, collects and mills the fruits of Zuheros olive groves. New and modern management and production techniques are used in the mill to launch the new categories of Envero Premium and its extraordinary extra virgin olive oils Olivares milenarios to the national and international markets. The passion for the olive grove and the delicate care in the transformation of its fruit into high-end juice are reflected in the daily work, turning it into something more than a legacy of our Mediterranean culture.
