Javier Alfonso

Casa Alfonso was founded on 31 May 1983. A project headed by Luis and Ana with a lot of passion in the centre of the village in Plaza España 4. Their son Javier Alfonso Salar, 2nd generation and current owner, has been trained at the CCT MURCIA Catering School, taking several courses as a cook, head chef and Sommelier.

Nowadays his cuisine is based on local products, rescuing the flavours of yesteryear and providing his touches of innovation without losing the essence.
