Iñaki Aracil

Iñaki Aracil is a master oilseed miller and salesman of the Cooperativa Agrícola Católica Coop. - Oli el Comtat. He participates in all parts of the long journey of obtaining an EVOO. From the field as a producer, its passage through the mill as Master Oil Mill making EVOO, continuously improving the process and maintenance of all machinery, boilers and general maintenance, managing the entry of the fruit and its processing.

His work is based on customer service, the realization of EVOO tastings both educational and commercial and also linked to the oleotourism that is being promoted by the Cooperative.
