Emmanuelle Baron
Emmanuelle Baron is head chef at Casa Pepa, with 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Suns. Emmanuelle has had a passion for cooking since she was a child, which led her, at the age of 15, to begin her training in gastronomy at the École hotelière SAINT MICHEL MONT MERCURE (Vendrée, France). His specialization would come only two years later at the École hotelière LA BONNAUDERIE in Cholet. His professional career began at the restaurant Bistros d'Encenis and at the 5-star Hotel Restaurant La Chaumiere. Just after this period she started to walk together with the chef Alberto Ferruz, being his sous chef at the Restaurant El Segaria of the Marriott Hotel in Denia, advised at that time by the chef Quique Dacosta.
She was head chef at the Atelier Joel Robuchon, London Covent Garden and was an intern at Martin Berasategui's Lasarte. In 2011 she began her work within the BonAmb Group, being for 12 years the right hand of chef Alberto Ferruz at the BonAmb restaurant.
