With a career spanning almost twenty years, this gastronomic communicator and cookery teacher was attracted by the cooker and the sea from a very early age. With passion and enthusiasm, David Ariza gave shape to his life project, FreeLandCook, a space where he shares and enjoys gastronomy. His most recent and disruptive project is Rice & Bones, the first rice bar in the world, located in AlicanteDavid, in collaboration with Acecova, will teach us that gluten-free gastronomy is a matter of attitude and choice.
