Álvaro Verdú, 38 years old, born and resident of Denia, is since 2007, with only 21 years and after continuous training, ambition and motivation, the master ice cream maker of Verdú Artesanos.

The constant evolution and the need to acquire knowledge in the fields of pastry, has led to the consolidation of this, as head of pastry from 2021 to the present, creating the need for consumers to purchase their creations. “Differentiation is the key to surprise.
