D*na Gastronomic Festival is an original idea of Quique Dacosta international chef.
He is one of the symbols of Dénia gastronomic culture and represents a way of understanding the cuisine that unites tradition with the avant-garde. Chefs, producers, artisans, restaurateurs, journalists and prescribers will analyze the meaning and the influence of the Mediterranean in our cuisine.

The City Council of Dénia is responsible for the choice and the presentation of the facts and opinions stated in this document, which are not necessarily those of UNESCO and do not commit the Organization.
